These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dental Hero platforms, including the website www.dentalhero.com.au and any related digital services such as mobile applications (collectively referred to as “our platforms”).
Our platforms are owned and operated by Jules and Poppy Pty Ltd (ABN 36 661 827 470), trading as “Dental Hero.”
Please read these Terms carefully. By using or registering on our platforms, you accept and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using or registering on our platforms. These Terms take effect from the date they are published on our website.
2. Binding Agreement & Updates
a. Access to and use of our platforms, including the website dentalhero.com.au, are subject to these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement between you and Jules and Poppy Pty Ltd (ABN 36 661 827 470), trading as “Dental Hero.”
b. We may amend these Terms periodically. The revised version will be made available on our platforms and will apply from the date of publication.
c. If we believe any changes may substantially affect your rights, we will provide a notice on our website and/or app at least 30 days prior to the changes coming into effect.

b. You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property (such as a business logo). However, by providing such materials for use within our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them solely for delivering those services. Withdrawing this licence may impact our ability to deliver some services.
c. Unless explicitly authorised by us, all materials and content on our platforms are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
